My career has never followed a straight line, and that has been its greatest strength. I learn fast, build with intention, and help leaders make better decisions about their most important asset: their people.
The Path
I entered the corporate world with no office experience, no industry contacts, and no safety net. What I had was an instinct for rapid learning, an ability to earn trust quickly, and a refusal to be defined by what I hadn't done yet.

I walked into Extel Corporation and was promoted twice in under a year; from accounts payable to running the payroll department, despite having never processed a single paycheck. I didn't wait to be trained. I immersed myself in the regulations, rebuilt fractured relationships across departments, and delivered zero penalties across every payroll tax audit.
Step into the unknown, master it, raise the bar. That pattern has defined every chapter since.

Promoted twice in under a year and began my formal HR career, quickly becoming a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Acquired by JWP/EMCOR, then recruited by them to build the HR function and subsidiary governance at the corporate level.
The EMCOR Group - then called JWP Inc
Director, Human Resources
Scaled with the company to 125+ subsidiaries and 25,000+ employees. Centralized benefits, set policy frameworks, and led HR due diligence and workforce integrations across dozens of acquisitions.

Built the corporate HR function from the ground up again - partnering with senior leadership on M&A, organizational design, and workforce planning across 10,000+ employees and 250+ locations.
